How to Buy

 

We are strictly a wholesaler and we do not sell directly to retail customers. However if you like our products and want to know where to purchase them please call or e-mail us and we will be happy to locate a dealer near you. In order to place an order with us you must furnish a current resale certificate or sales tax exemption certificate (must be related to home furnishings industry) or a designer's license. Florida customers must renew their resale certificates every year due to Florida  Department of Revenue regulations.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Terms: Net 30 days from the invoice date with the approval of our credit department. Customers must fill out Papila Design's credit application for approval. Accounts that fail to pay within the 30-day terms may be placed on hold and all future shipments may be converted to prepaid basis. Accounts that have not been approved by our credit department will be serviced on prepaid basis. Sorry but not C.O.D.s. Accounts not paid within 30 days are subject to 1-1/2% per month finance charge.

 

Minimum Order & Shipping: All shipments are F.O.B. Orlando , FL. No orders will be accepted under $300.00 net. There is no minimum order for pick-ups from our warehouse. Orders between $300.00 and $599.00 net will be shipped with minimum freight charges. Orders over $600.00 net will be shipped prepaid and a percentage of invoice net will be added to the invoice. These rates are guaranteed any you will not be charged more than this rate unless you have special requirements such as incide delivery. This percentage varies due to your receiving location (currently between 10% and 20%). Please consult shipping rates below for further information.

 

Delivery Times: Standart delivery is between 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your order. This schedule may vary during peak season, from September to May. All orders taken are subject to delays caused by strikes and other causes beyond our control. Although we will do everything to ship your order in time, we cannot guarantee it and are not responsible for lost sales due to delays.

 

Damage Claims: All concealed or visible damages must be reported to the carrier within five business daysfrom the arrival of the merchandise. No returns will be accepted without our written permission. Although we will assist you with your claim, our responsibility ceases when the shipment is given to the carrier.

 

What are my shipping options?

 

Most orders must be shipped with common carriers such as Fed-Ex Freight, SAIA Freight, YRC Freight or Southeastern Freight due to size and packaging restrictions. On some occasions we may use Fed-Ex Ground Service if we deem appropriate. You may also specify your choise of carrier. In this case we do not guarantee shipping charges and your order will be shipped carrier collect and you will be billed directly by your carrier of choise.

 

How much does shipping cost?

 

All shipments are F.O.B. Orlando, FL. No orders will be accepted under $300.00 net. There is no minimum order for pick-ups from our warehouse. Region 4= CT, IO, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, NE, NH, NM, RI, VT, WI

Region 5= AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, ND, NV, OR, UT, SD, WA, WY

 

Privacy Policy

 

All customer information is kept confidential by Papila Design, Inc.. The information our customers provide to us will not shared or sold to a third party. Papila Design, Inc. may use the information in the future to notify customers of sales or special offers. The information gathered as part of your purchasing is used only to process your purchase and is never shared with anyone, except in connection with your order. Credit card or check information is only shared with financial institutions that process your payment. No parties other than Papila Design, Inc. collect information on our site. We do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of the information you provide to us except to the financial institutions processing your payment or your financing application and the retailers/shippers that produce and/or deliver your order. No third party will solicit you as a result of information within our control. It is true that the information you provide is subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial  or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders. Other than these fairly extreme cases, your information will be shared with no one.

We offer net 30 days with the approval of our credit department. Customers who would like to use this option must supply Papila Design's credit application. We accept VISA, MAsterCard, American Express, company and personal checks, and money orders. Sorry no C.O.D.s.
