TERMS & CONDITIONS    Effective from 01/01/2006

Terms: Net 30 days from the invoice date with the approval of our credit department. Customers must fill-out Papila Design's credit application for approval. Accounts that fail to pay within the 30-day terms may be placed on hold and all future shipments may be converted to prepaid basis. Accounts that have not been approved by our credit department will be serviced on prepaid basis. Sorry but not C.O.D.s. Accounts not paid within 30 days are subject to 1-1/2% per month finance charge.

Minimum Order & Shipping:  All shipments are F.O.B. Orlando, FL. No orders will be accepted under $300.00 net. There is no minimum order for pick-ups from our warehouse. Orders between $300.00 and $599.00 net will be shipped carrier collect for freight charges. Orders over $600.00 net will be shipped prepaid and a percentage of invoice net will be added to the invoice. These rates are guaranteed any you will not be charged more than this rate unless you have special requirements such as inside delivery. This percentage varies due to your receiving location (currently between 7.5% and 20%). Consult shipping rates for further information.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery is between 2 to 3 weeks after we received your order. This schedule may vary during peak season, from September to May. All orders taken are subject to delays caused by strikes and other causes beyond our control. Although we will do everything to ship your order in time we cannot guarantee it and are not responsible for lost sales due to delays.

Damage Claims: All concealed or visible damages must be reported to the carrier within five business days from the arrival of the merchandise. No returns will be accepted without our written permission. Although we will assist you with your claim, our responsibility ceases when the shipment is given to the carrier.

*** Prices are subject to change without notice. We will let you know if item price is different than what you have paid on a previous invoice, then you will have the option of accepting  or canceling that item from your order.
